“Smoking should NOT be allowed in state parks. I was having a great time on the trail and then all of a sudden here I smell smoke. Trying to get some fresh air not lung cancer. And ESPECIALLY with a burn ban should not be allowed to smoke smokers or gross and disgusting and throw their butts on the ground...... Could absolutely start a fire.”
