“Called to inquire about an oil change seeing if I should make an appointment. The woman that answers your phone is incredibly rude for no reason. I had my phone on speaker and my wife's jaw was on the floor at how rude she was. Went somewhere else for my oil change. Mentioned to the other shop how that phone call went. They professionally informed me how thankful they were at the customers that come their way because of your person answering the phone. ( which is frequent)Do you secretly need help? Is your personal safety on the line if you fire her? Is this a hostile work environment? There's no way you willingly employ this woman. There's people that can help you. I can help you. You can take your business up quite a few notches with better customer service. Hope this helps you and anyone reading this.”
