“Every warning light on my dash lit up like Christmas. I panicked—thought I was looking at a $2,000 computer meltdown. I work two blocks from Precise, so I limped in and basically begged for mercy.Mr. Ronnie hooked it up, 30 seconds later: “Just your battery. ”They tested it (free), swapped it in 15 minutes, and sent me off with a handshake and a “see you next oil change.” No scare tactics, no parts I didn’t need. If you’re clueless like me and want a shop that speaks human, RUN to Precise. I’m telling every co-worker. THANK YOU, guys!”
