“I’ve always heard a lot of bad things about tires plus but I didn’t want to listen to the hearsay and decided to give them a try for myself. I went in on a Thursday because I got a flat and set an appointment for a special tire they don’t keep in stock. During the inspection they recommended 2 rear tires. So I talked to James about getting the 2 ordered and He set an appointment for Saturday for two rear tires at $181 that was recommended. I show up Saturday and talk to James about doing the tires for the previous visit and he said yes, the two rear tires we go over pricing and the number of tires for a 3rd time before I leave. I get a call my car is done. I show up to pick up my car and James is at lunch, so Steve goes to check me out and my bill is double the price of what me and James talked about and I say to Steve that price isn’t right we were supposed to do two tires. They did more than the two tires Steve gets mad at me because James wrote up the wrong amount of tires so Steve says take a seat. We’ll fix this with an attitude like I did something wrong. So I’m sitting there with other customers James walks in from lunch Steve starts ripping into him like yo you messed up that guy‘s ticket. You better fix it you put the wrong amount of tires mind you he’s scolding James in front of all of us like he’s a little child. So 45 minutes to an hour goes past and they get the car done. I go to check out and my bill is still wrong. He’s overcharging me by 50-60 bucks and I tell him that’s not right. He said yes it is so I pay the difference with my card because I’m already late for my dinner reservation with my wife because of their mess up. I go home I get my receipt. I call James and say hey you overcharged me I got my receipt here and you charged me 150 on labor for 2 tires and he says give me a couple minutes I’ll call you back. He calls me back and says You’re right. Someone did overcharge you. I was like can you just refund the money to my card? He said no! You have to come pick up the money in cash either today or another day. I’m like you got to be kidding me you can’t just put I back on my card and he said no it has to be cash so I return to the store later that day and James is with a customer so Steve takes money out the draw and says here you go no apologies no nothing. I even let James know before I left with the car that I’ll give him some time to make this situation right otherwise, I’ll be leaving a review for him and he told me don’t do that. I told him you have a couple of days to make it right. He never took responsibility for all the mess he created and blamed everyone else from ordering the wrong amount of tires, to him writing the work order wrong and even over charging me. HERE’S THR BEST PART the tire light came on when I was on my way home and went flat over night. I had to get someone else to fix the new tire. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! From crappy customer service, the bad Management and terrible tire insulation I won’t be returning and I will be letting all my family friends and everybody I know to stay far away from tires plus”
