“Every time we go it's always something. They make you pull forward to wait for a cold burger that's thrown together. My kids can put a burger/sandwich together better than that. Nothing is more aggravating than pulling up to wait 5+ mins for cold food.”

“I first in line at the drive-through I pull around there’s one car waiting your person parked the car in front of me and so far I’ve been waiting 18 minutes for a Frisco burger and fries. By the way there’s five cars behind me deep now very slow service very very slow. Then they open the window and attempt to hand me the wrong order 22 minutes now looks like we’re getting closer. I finally got my tea. 24th minute finally got a makeshift Burger because they messed up the order but I was so happy to get one. I just took it.”
