“I can’t say enough bad things about this place. This is our second time going, in the first time was not very good, so we gave it another chance. Even worse. I called ahead to make sure they sing for birthdays, and they confirmed they do! I let them know it was my son‘s birthday multiple times and they never saying or acknowledged it… He is a child, it was really sad. Their bathrooms are very, very dirty and disgusting as well. We also ordered shrimp tempura, and it literally never came to the table. We also never received sushi menus, and our server was non-attentive. We asked for a napkins multiple times and only received them as we were walking out the door. The hibachi chef did not do the volcano, fire, or any type of show. The food was also dry and did not taste very good. I was shocked at how terrible this restaurant was. Also, there were four employees sitting at the front the entire time on the benches, just on their phones and talking. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I wish I could give it zero stars.”

“If I could rate 0 I would. This place was terrible, worst hibachi restaurant I’ve ever been to. Disgusting bathrooms, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The stall door is broken and my child was stuck until she figured out how to force it open. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was nearly empty with many employees standing around on their phones and doing nothing. The food was ok but nothing to brag about. They did a bad job with getting us drink refills in a timely manner. We ordered shrimp tempura that never even came out to our table so we made sure it wasn’t on our bill. We asked for extra napkins 3 separate times and didn’t even receive them until we got the check. It was also my son’s birthday and after calling to verify, they still did nothing to acknowledge the birthday BUT on the phone they said they sing!!! Really disappointing for our child. I never do reviews, but this place was just that bad I had to say something. Go somewhere else!”
