“The MOST tenderness steak I've ever had, and im not saying this because of the old fashioned i had. I honestly really enjoyed this steak. My wife got the fillet, I for the porterhouse and daughter got the kids sirloin. ALL steaks were perfect. Never going back to ruby Tuesdays across the street. This is my new favorite steak place near greencove springs. Kairy, was the chef and Daniel was the server. I really recommend.”

“The atmosphere is what you expect from longhorn. The server was nice enough. However we had 4 (5 if you count a baby)people in our party. 2 adults,2 kids. We asked for a booth and that seemed challenging to accommodate with a high chair but they did it. We were seated. My son and I both ordered a steak. His was way undercooked and mine was way overcooked. They took them back. Somehow his came back out STILL undercooked. Mine took long so I asked for them to box it to go. I checked it and it was again way overcooked. The manager said he would comp the kids meal (before my steak came back out). I was not going to wait for a 3rd steak to come out, and I wasn't going to pay $40 for an overcooked steak. So I asked for her to just take it away. She then took it and said not to worry they'd take it off the bill. Well yeah. So the check comes back. The kids Meal wasn't taken off. The manager never came back to check to see if they had made the 2nd steaks right. My husband had ordered ribs which were good and Parmesan chicken that was undercooked which he never did say anything about. It was a terrible experience and the lack of care by the manager and his false offer to take the kids Meal off (i think they were counting on me not to look at the receipt which is deceptive) set the tone for the server to barely care and the inability for the grill to cook a steak to a proper temp. Mine was supposed to be medium rare and came out well and medium well. My son's was to be medium and came out rare. Undercooked chicken. And a manager who says he'll comp something and didn't and never came back to check on our table. It is a shame as we live close to this steak house, but if this is how they run their business. We won't be back. And will go a little further to a different chain who actually cares about its customers.”
