“Cashier at drive thru cashed out the wrong order with my card. Didn't apologize.....didnt even tell me directly. I head her saying to another employee "I'm so stupid....I just cashed out the wrong order." Then she runs off with my card. Comes back with another lady, who also does not directly tell me what happened. She hands me 2 receipts and says this is for the first one. I look at it and at her waiting for them to directly tell me what happened or apologize.....nothing. I then ask her, so when will I get my money back. Her response was "I dont know.....could be tomorrow, could be tonight." The fact that noone directly told me what happened. Nor apologized, and ran off away from the window with my card, doesn't sit right. How do I know they didnt take my card info and I'll have a bunch of missing money later? I guess they think its okay to just play with people's money.”
