“Was recommended this place by a family member. It was the worst experience I've had at a nail place. I had brought my sister with me to get her nails painted and she wanted polka-dots POLKA-DOTS, and the lady acted like she couldn't do it bc she didn't have much nails, lady it was Dots she was 11 she don't care if it's perfect be so fr. She was extremely rude about that as well, as if PAINTING HER NAILS ISNR HER JOB. Mind you it was my first time out of the house after my baby. Would've voted 0 stars if I could've and still put this review. My friend also came and wanted an actual set with a design, the design in question was a cross, the lady does literal plus signs.… she asked her to fix it and she just wouldn't listen, she was texting me telling me “she won't listen to me”, so I had to walk over there and be confrontational bc the lady wouldn't listen to my friend but I promise you'll listen to me. They ended up just removing the design but it was just a very disappointing experience and if you have a young kid who wants simply polka dots don't go bc they act like their to good when they in fact suck, can't do polkdots or crosses lol, and are rude. Thank you for coming to my rant.”
