“I'm updating a previous review. The pictures are from the first time we ever went to this salon, and I originally gave it a 5 star review. I'm making that a 2 since the first visit was satisfactory, and I think that's generous. After the first visit I scheduled cuts for my 3 younger daughters on the same day together. I was clear that I wasn't in a hurry and I expected it to take a while, yet the owner decided to rush the job anyway and it was obvious. The ends were all lopsided. Not a huge deal, so I didn't change my rating and even went there again last month. This time was even worse than the last. All their ends were lopsided again, my youngest's bangs were too thin and too short, she talked me and my 2nd oldest out of the cut she wanted, and the style she did give her looked nothing like the "inspo picture". Instead of saying "I don't have the skill or experience.", she "winged it" and it shows. So I'll end with this, she's an old lady who can do old lady hair cuts fairly well, but if you want anything that is from the last 20 years, don't go there. She's not talented enough for anything new, or she refuses to learn, either way it was awful and I regret going. I could have givin my daughters crooked hair cuts at home for free.”
