“The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending when I expressed concerns about the quality of service and how the acrylic application could negatively affect my nail health and increase the risk of future injury due to improper structuring. Rather than professionally addressing my concerns or explaining their technique, I was repeatedly told in an aggressive and belittling manner that I was not a licensed professional. When I respectfully asked them to explain why the acrylic had been applied that way, I was told to leave. I found this interaction unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to ask questions and express concerns about the quality and safety of a service without being spoken to disrespectfully or dismissed. I expected a professional explanation and respectful customer service, but instead, I was made to feel unwelcome for simply advocating for my nail health and safety.
