“Work is OK. Customer service is horrible!!! Not one, but two instances made me uncomfortable, and I felt as though they were treating me differently because of my skin tone. One of the nail tech was laughing at me with an older Customer getting their nails done simply because I ask questions on what the charges were. I feel as though because of my skin color I was treated as I couldn’t afford what I requested to be done because I asked for clarification on pricing. To be snickered at within elderly Caucasian Customer was humiliating. I drove an hour to come out here and was planning on returning until that we encounter… I will not ever return here due to the customer service alone. Maybe that is something they should work on and consider when trying to Maintain a business. Do better!”
