“If i could give zero stars i would. the service was terrible and the employee was very disrespectful. I had a planned trip to Jamaica and went there for a simple design only to leave with the worst nails ive ever seen in my entire life. I was expected to pay $70 for a hand full of junk. The were super bulky and uneven. When my fiancé told me to go back i knew it wasnt recoverable. When i went back, what im assuming was the owner argued back with me and was refusing to refund me for the terrible job he did! And to add, as i was going back to a refund I noticed multiple people returning to get a change/refund.”

“Gave them 2 chances. Definitely won’t be back. Don’t waste your time or money. I took my daughter as a reward for getting a new belt in karate. They didn’t have seats together so I said I would wait. There was only 1 person getting a pedi but they had put her in the middle seat. They kept insisting I start my pedi so I did while my daughter waited. The lady next to me was finished and my daughter had been waiting patiently for at least 15 min at this point. A customer came in a few minutes later and wanted a mani/pedi and they helped that customer instead of my daughter. When they finally did get to her after the other customers mani, they cut her toe and it was bleeding and she cried after.”
