“We booked ann appointment very last minute and Demarcus was the one who answered the phone and got us taken care of. He did amazing for my son who is two and was very patient and kind while cutting his hair! His cut looks great! We will be back.”

“We booked an appointment for a girl’s cut. While we were there they took a walk in and made us wait. After waiting 25 minutes past our appointment time I decided to ask how much longer and the girl with the colored green hair rudely responded with an eye roll “ I’m not sure. I’m going as fast as I can.” After her rude response we decided to leave. Not certain why we weren’t seated prior to the walk in. Extremely disappointing. What would have been a fun positive experience for my daughter turned out into a let down.”

“Last week I gave Sharkey's 89 dollars for 2 grandsons. Today we walked in and made my other grandson an appointment. They were busy so we sat in the parking lot for 48 minutes before entering the cuttery. We were told to come at FOUR PM. At FOUR twenty six....THE YOUNG MULTI COLORED HAIR LADY TOOK A "FIRST HAIRCUT!!" "WALK IN!!!!!!!!!" WHEN WE ASKED HER WHY!!! she ignored us and acted like WE were the issue!!!!! Shame on you SHARKEYS. THATS TEEEIVLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE! WOW 😲 I AM SO SHOCKED AND OFFENDED THAT YOU ASK "THIRTY DILLARS FOR A BASIC CUT!" AND DARE TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS 🤔😡 HOPE.YOU LAST AS.LONG AS.COOKIE CUTTERS DID! I'm only sad that I can't give you a zero”
