“Absolutely terrible service. Should have went with my gut feeling the second I entered Very standoffish The male technician who was presumably the woman’s husband was very rude and had a poor attitude. The design was talked about previously, and after the first nail was done wrong, I told him I would like to change the design. He kept going with the original design as each finger got sloppier and sloppier as the last finger looks like polkadots. When I told him to stop or change the design, he just scoffed and kept going when he was done. I politely told him that this is not what I wanted and that I told him to stop while he was doing it. He continued to laugh and shrug it off when I asked him what can be done because this is not what I wanted he huffed and puffed, and then walked off. His wife then said that he will not be apologizing for what had happened and that he is upset If your business is ran like this, please shut it down I will not be coming back”
