“I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon and will not be returning. When I came in for a basic pedicure, I was seated alone in a separate side room away from the other customers, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I was then assigned to someone who appeared inexperienced. A basic French tip pedicure took nearly two hours to complete, and the finished result wasn’t even what I asked for. While the technician was working on my nails, I noticed other employees walking by, looking over at me, laughing, and staring in my direction. Whether intentional or not, it made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.. and like they knew the service I was receiving wasn’t acceptable. To make matters worse, I was charged $53 for a service I was unhappy with. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk about my concerns, she was dismissive and rude. She told me if I didn’t want to pay, they could just remove the polish. At that point, I just paid because I didn’t want to argue. I left feeling completely disrespected and like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. This was easily one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had, and I won’t be returning. Just don’t go here One of the main barriers between the person who was doing my pedicure was he couldn’t speak English, so basically he had to talk to someone else every time I asked him something about my nails.”
