“This office has caused us so much unnecessary headache. Let me preface this by saying that I have two young children and ADHD, so time management is not my forte right now. You would think a pediatric office would be more flexible and understanding for parents of young children. They have a 15 minute cut off time, and that means you need to be acknowledged and checked in before 15 minutes after your appt time. If you walk in the door 14 minutes late but the front desk people are assisting someone else, then you're turned away. You can imagine how we felt then when at our next appt, we were waiting 45 minutes for the doctor to come in and see us. If you're going to be inflexible for with your patients, then hold yourself to the same standard. We were 30 minutes early that time too. Not to mention you can't get seen until a month or two out because they're apparently booked beyond what they can handle. To be honest, I've experienced similar awful care at several Ascension St. Vincent's and I'm starting to believe it's systemic. This network of providers is simply after your money. They re-verify your insurance first thing every time you call to make an appt, even if it was verified a week ago. I don't believe for-profit companies should claim to be doing Christ's work. Jesus wouldn't turn away sick children for being 14 minutes late.”

“Clerical Staff are fantastic. Was seen at appointment time. Christina Phillips has great bedside manner, listens attentively, empathetic and it’s obvious she loves what she does. Couldn’t be happier about the care we receive. Keep up the great work. We truly appreciate you”
