We are a traditional family practice and acute care clinic focused on personalized, patient-centered care. As an independent, locally owned, family practice, we have proudly served the Orange Park community for over 35 years. Our office offers convenient on-site services, including lab testing, X-rays, EKGs, and a minor procedure suite for the treatment of warts, cysts, moles, lesion removal, laceration repair, and incision and drainage of abscesses. We care for patients ages 2 and up and provide a wide range of services, including vaccinations, sports physicals, school and camp physicals, annual wellness exams, Pap smears, auto accident evaluations, and workers' compensation care. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare
