“Dr. Bateh has retired and unfortunately the new office manager has no education in customer care. The office is corporate run now and money up front for work not finished is their policy. When we objected after a temporary crown was put in the office manager threatened to call the police because she said we were trying to steal their services. I had offered to pay half untill finished, but she insisted on the total amount. She then told us to get out of her office. We left. The temp. crown lasted one hour before it broke in half and fell out. We have since found a good dental office and been told the build up for the permanent crown was not done correctly. We're now having the tooth repaired right. Beware going to GCS Dentistry. We never will again!”
