“Bad business practices. About 2 to 3 years ago, my husband paid towards getting some dental work to be done. He wasn’t able to get it done. He forgot about the money he paid. So, rather than refund the money back to him, mail him a check, email him, text him, or call him and let him know that he is due back a refund, Greenberg turned the money over to the State of Florida!! He just happened to be looking at the State’s lost money site last week and found his name and that he was owed almost $80 from Greenberg in Middleburg. Now we have to submit a claim and wait over 30 days to get his money back. We have lived in this house 30 years, and have had the same phone number and the email address for years. Why would they not reach out to him? Why would they turn that money over to the State of Florida? That’s just plain laziness. It’s really a shame because the dental hygienist and the dentists in the Middleburg office were always very good. We stopped going there a couple years ago after I had an appointment for my six month check up and arrived to find the door locked. I waited 15 minutes. This was the location next to Winn-Dixie. I couldn’t reach anybody inside. I finally called one of the other Greenberg locations however they didn’t know where the Middleburg staff were. Also, they were hard to reach as they didn’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I hope they have gotten better over time. Maybe that’s how it is with a dental practice that has multiple locations and they move their staff from location to location, being at one location, one day and another location the next? I don’t know. For dental services, if you can get in, they were great.”
