“My experience with Mariah at the front desk was disappointing. I had forgotten my daughter’s insurance card and was trying to explain the situation. I had already spoken with another staff member, who was kind and told me that Mariah would check the information noted in the account. However, when I tried to explain the issue to Mariah, she repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish speaking. I felt dismissed and that my concerns were not being heard or addressed. The interaction came across as unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. The other staff members I interacted with were kind and professional, so this review is specifically about my experience with Mariah. Front-desk staff are often the first point of contact, and patients should be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. I hope management addresses this concern so that future patients have a more positive experience.”
