“While in their office, and talking with receptionist to make sure my insurance was accepted here, I changed from my previous physician to this office on North Street in Green Cove Springs. Got seen with the nurse, whom was very nice, and got tests done, which I asked for a copy of my blood test, and never received. Set another appointment, and when I arrived, to my horrid surprise, was told I could not be seen cause their insurance acceptance had changed, and I was not in their system. Mind you, I never received a notification stating so. Yes, I called my insurance while at their parking lot, and changed Physician, again. I see another in Asbury now.”
