“Tried to schedule an appointment just to measure my pupil for surgery and the lady at front desk keeps transferring me then transferred back. Do your damn job it's scheduling. Jesus. Should take 2 minutes someone is lazy and needs to get fired. She put me on hold now for 15 minutes after I raised my voice a little explaining what they're doing to me currently”
