“I never write bad reviews because I understand that we’re all human, but Dr. Alessandria was very rude to me as a patient on my last visit. I also understand that doctors are qualified in different fields and they need experts to diagnose and treat some injuries but the way he talked to me was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Over a year a go, I came to him with a paperwork and showed him an email that the VA wanted my Primary Care Physician to compete for my disability. He looked at it and said he will schedule me different appointments with experts in those fields so he can have a good base on where to start. Apparently he was just interested in my insurance money, he never read the papers. Now after 1 year and 2 months when I’m supposed to return the completed paperwork. He walked in the room after waiting for 1 hr to be seen which is usually the wait time for a scheduled appointment, he mumbled something and started yelling at me with a closed fist like he was about to punch me and accused me of trying to get VA money. He’s saying that he’s not qualified to complete the form and that I need to have injections on my spine for pain management and find a different doctor or go back to VA doctor and have it completed by them. He accused me of refusing treatment after I told him that the last injection didn’t work. If he knew that he wasn’t qualified then he should have told me a year ago so I can find a qualified doctor instead of lying to me until the last minute. Mr. Marc Alessandria is very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care at all about his patients maybe it was just me based on my gender or race but who knows. He continued to talk down to me even after i started crying because it was very emotional for a doctor who’s getting paid by my insurance to berate me like that. The nurses these are very nice and lovely ladies.”

“Dr. A takes a very different approach from what I'm used to. He actually TALKS to his patients. Spends time with them, really listens to what is going on. He and his staff are hands down the best medical care I've received since I was a child. Hands down, would definitely recommend. His staff is amazing too! Very caring, very good people here.”
