“DO NOT GO unless you can be your own medical advocate. You must be VIGILANT!! I spent nearly 2 months in the Skilled Nursing Center during the summer of 2026 for IV antibiotics following surgery. The room was clean and housekeeping visited every day and were very friendly. The assistance call buttons in rooms down my hallway would be answered within 5 minutes, but regularly not answered for 20 or 30 minutes. More than once, I needed to confirm or correct the medications I was being given to ensure I was getting all the meds. prescribed and on more than one occasion, my nurse administered and tended to my IV antibiotic line without gloves. Patient bathing is "by request". If you don't ask, you don't get bathed. Nurses and CNAs don't seem to communicate with each other from shift-to-shift and I constantly had to reexplain my reason for being there. All they seem to know is in their computers. It was a 50 / 50 shot if the staff appeared happy to be there. Quite often, staff appeared depressed with their work situation or inconvenienced by the need to care for the patient. I got through, I got my medicine and I received only a small tear in my incision during some rough bed changing by a CNA, but being my own advocate was a large part of that success. If your loved one can't advocate for themselves in your absence, THINK TWICE. I would go hours without anyone even checking in on me and at least once, I had gone 24 hours without my catheter bag being monitored or emptied. If your loved one goes, they will get the care they need, but you MUST visit daily or even multiple times daily to monitor their care and condition.”

“There is not an option for zero stars so I have to do one, unfortunately. If you love your elderly parents for the love of God do not send them to this facility. My Father came to this facility after having his leg amputated. He started to complain about his right arm not working like it should and kept getting the runaround that they will have PT come in and take a look at it and then did a XRAY and said that it is arthritis. He has never had arthritis before and we wanted some more attention on it as he literally could not use his arm. They said they would take him for a CT scan and that never happened. He started to have blood in his urine and we were told that they did a test for a UTI that takes 3 days to come back. 3 Days!!! UTI's can be fatal in elderly people. He eventually started to bleed from his privates and out of his catheter and had to be rushed to the ER. He had a bone infection in his back/neck that was causing the arm trouble that he needed IV antibiotics for and the bleeding was coming from a problem with his prostate and blood clots in his bladder. Again, if left untreated for too long could be fatal. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in this facility, don't leave a message on an answering machine as I was told that they don't know how to check them. The only way to get any answers is to go there and try to find someone to speak with. My Father never saw a Doctor and only saw a PA and some nurses. Had my father not started bleeding and was sent to the ER he may have passed in this place. It is a joke. Again, if you love your family member do not let them come here!”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility! The staff are absolutely amazing and truly go above and beyond to make sure their patients feel cared for, respected, and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve, and the level of compassion and professionalism is outstanding. The facility itself is beautiful, welcoming, and very well maintained. Another huge plus is the quality of the specialty physicians they are all knowledgeable, attentive, and wonderful to work with. It’s clear that this facility is committed to providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for both patients and their families. Highly recommend!”
