“This location provides the best therapy and the best therapists to really promote growth. They accomplish this by truly caring about the kids and families they work with and treating them as their own, with the same goals, to see our kids thrive and accomplish things they have worked so hard to do. The staff coordinate well with outside providers if needed and can help navigate insurance if your child has special needs that require additional DME to support their growth and needs. There compassion for the kids they work with extends beyond the time in sessions.”

“From the very beginning, our experience with North Florida Therapy Associates has been incredible. Melissa immediately took the time to listen to our concerns, understand our son’s needs, and work with us to create a therapy schedule that truly fits our family. “Wow, what can I say about this amazing place? This was my very first appointment here with my daughter, who has been in speech therapy since she was 2 years old and is now 5. Over the years, she has seen at least five different speech therapists and has also been evaluated regularly by her dentist every six months. Within minutes of our appointment, everyone in the office who interacted with my daughter recognized that she had a tongue tie. I was honestly shocked. For years, I had been told by doctors and dentists that she did not have a tongue tie, despite them looking inside her mouth. Because of that, I eventually stopped pursuing the possibility and assumed her speech difficulties were solely related to her diagnosis of apraxia. I thought this would be just another speech appointment, but it turned out to be so much more. Melissa immediately identified the issue, took the time to explain exactly what she was seeing, and showed me how she recognized the tongue tie. She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, patient, and compassionate. After years of being dismissed and searching for answers, Melissa recognized the problem right away.
