“I spoke with the front office staff multiple times before my appointment, again when I checked in, and once more when I was leaving. Despite all these interactions, **payment was never mentioned until I was walking out of the office.** What makes this experience even more frustrating is that the staff acted as though it was no big deal. However, it is a big deal. Patients deserve clear communication and should not be caught off guard by payment expectations, especially after making multiple attempts to communicate with the office. I even asked to speak with the office manager, only to be told that my account had been noted regarding the incident. That response did not address my concerns or provide any reassurance that the communication issue would be resolved. **Communication is key, and this office failed in that regard.** This experience has left me feeling frustrated and has caused me to lose trust in the office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to others. Please make sure you understand all payment expectations before your appointment, because that information was not communicated to me until I was leaving.”
