“Took my mother to Fleming Island office today. They asked that we come 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork which we did. Had already filled out paperwork online so not sure why we couldn’t just have done it all online. Did not see doctor until an hour after appointment time (had been there 1 1/2 hours by then). Doctor did not address any of her concerns or even let her get a word in. When we left it was 12:00 which is apparently the time all the offices close for lunch and it took 25 minutes to get out to the main road because everyone was leaving for lunch. I understand things come up and schedules get off but I’m assuming it is the norm for this office to over schedule which is a pet peeve of mine. After all my time is valuable too.”
