“Exelente servicio muy contenta con el tratamiento”

“Dr. Ready told me that the glass in my skin would dissolve... Not sure who she's lying to, but that's not how it works. She then dropped my biopsy on the floor. At some point she screamed at a helper. So unprofessional. Some people need their licenses revoked.”

“I saw Dr. Maria Ready. She is a nurse practitioner. That works in the Kingsley office of Park Avenue Dermatology. She herself is a very good provider however, the office staff is rude and incompetent when test results are received. They cannot find them. It takes them two weeks to locate something that was in their system. They called in the prescriptions to an incorrect pharmacy multiple times. When you call and ask for the doctor to call you back, they will not pass on the message. They want to know exactly what you want to talk to them about and exactly what you want to say or they will not pass on a message. If you leave a message for Renée in pharmacy, it says on the record recording she will get back to you within 24 hours. I’ve done this on three separate occasions and I have never received a phone call or spoken to her. If you have a dermatology emergency, do not allow them to send you to the Kingsley office. I had good experiences in the past with Dr. George Schmeider and other providers in the Park Avenue office, but that was many years ago.”
