“I'm a new patient. My first visit was 2 and half hours. Only 15 minutes with Dr. Restea. I am presently out of blood pressure meds and I have been trying to get prescriptions renewed for two weeks. I was told to just show up at 8:30am and have blood drawn. I've been twice and no one there who could do it. I waited 2 hrs on one visit and left because I was lightheaded from fasting. These actions are disrespectful and inconsiderate towards patients. I'm presently looking for a professionally run doctor's office.”

“This is the worst experience that I have ever had with any practice Plan on waiting 2+ hrs in the waiting room and then having them mess up with prescriptions and referrals and promising to fix it only to discover they just want to fluff you off i would give zero stars BEWARE don't go here”

“Dr Restea is a very nice Dr but his office manager is a totally different story! I have gone to him for a very long time so I know from time to time there is a wait. Well after waiting 2 hours I canceled my appointment. Was told the Dr would call me and he did. And I did not know this was a "appointment". After talking to him for 4 min and 20 seconds he gets off the phone without me having a chance to get my questions answered and IMMEDIATELY and I mean IMMEDIATELY this office manager with a terrible attitude called me for my $150 payment and I said you don't have my authorization to run my card and she did anyway! I will be finding another Dr outside of Keystone to go to from here on out! And don't waste your time calling because Dr Restea will not call you back!”
