What people say

5 out of 5 stars

“Absolutely love the entire staff PT and reception. The support and assistance they gave me made a very stressful situation easier to get through. I can't thank them enough for everything they have and continue to do for me. Even when Kat absolutely tortured me with the calf massage I knew it was all out of love ❤️ 🤣 seriously though thank you to the entire staff!”

“It was really just ok. The staff were all very friendly. Its their business model I am not thrilled with. I felt like they have wayyyyy to many patients for the number of staff. At any one time they would have about 5 patients per staff (2 of which were actually PTs). The first session or two was good. Someone was with me most of the way to show me all the exercises but after that things changed. Once you finished an exercise you would have to stand there for 5 min waiting for someone to tell you the next thing to do or try to flag someone down. The staff were all very kind but just scrambled from one patient to the next as fast as they could. There was no real quality time with anyone. No one was watching my form or suggesting I do something better or different. By the last 5 sessions I just ran on autopilot and completed the workout routines with literally 0 input. Once I was ready to go on a table they would ask...'did you do this exercise or that one'. That was about it. I really felt bad for the elderly patients as many times they were just standing around waiting for someone to notice they were not doing anything. After about 10 sessions I had to ask myself what I was really spending my money on. I have never done Physical Therapy before and do not know if this is a normal business practice for these types of places. The exercises they showed me have been very helpful. I just wish there was a little more attention to patients individual progress.”
