“After getting my lawn re-established I resumed my monthly service. May and June the tech obviously didn't spray my back yard it was becoming consumed with weeds. I called and talked to the office, was told he probably didn't spray the back (even though when I texted the tech to ask if he did, he said he did) and was assured they would respray. They did, however, I was recharged as well and I continue to have weeds (pictures attached). I called the office back to note that I was charged again and was told that anytime they come out I will get charged even if they don't spray the back yard. In whole, I have a very small yard. Especially the front. I went on to complain about the charge and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Of course I called back and didn't get an answer. I cancelled my service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Green Cove Springs, FL”

“They destroyed my yard. It looks so much worse than it did before, and will now cost who knows how much to fix it properly with new sod and another watering routine. I used to have beautiful green grass and it’s completely dead. Horrible. Couldn’t even get in touch with them for two weeks, had to file a chargeback to get my mk eh back.”
