“Ken from Air Advice LLC checked our central air system after a technician from another company suggested a $560 charge to drain and dispose of excess coolant (non-Freon) during a complementary system check. After his 3rd phone call to his office, we sent him on his way. He obviously didn't have the technical knowledge to know how to diagnose or work on our 7-year-old Trane system. We had previously used Air Advice LLC, and the same technician (Ken), when the company we purchased the system from had overcharged the coolant, causing the system to fail to cool properly. Ken checked the system, found that the first tech had left off 3 caps during his free check, drained 1/2# of coolant, and replaced the caps. The charge for the service call and new caps was less than $100; well worth the peace of mind we get knowing that our system is working properly and far less than the first tech quoted for disposal of non-Freon coolant that doesn't require the Freon disposal fee. I highly recommend Air Advice LLC based on their honesty and technical expertise.”

“Ken was a fantastic tech. He came out next day to assess our unit. Was very knowledgeable and informed us what he was doing each step of the way. Pricing was fair. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and family”
