“This review is to recognize two technicians: Adam and Derek. Both went above and beyond in the services they provided me. Each of them were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Additionally, each of them were more than happy to go over every process of the service and taught me many things along the way that would be beneficial in the future. Furthermore, it was a two day fix due to discovering a part was needed on the first visit (no complaint). Adam diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of arrival. Adam was on the schedule to come back out the next day. He called me the next morning to inform me that he would not be coming out afterall and explained to me that he had given a thorough brief to Derek about the issue and I was in good hands. Adam easily could’ve had Derek tell me there was a scheduling issue, but the fact Adam called me personally to let me know impressed me greatly and was much appreciated. I’d also like to mention Stacy and Laura. They were a pleasure to talk to in coordinating a time to come out to my residence. Mike (the owner) was great as well who was able to provide me with same day service due to the nature of my problem. Thank you all again. You have a great team.”
