All Hours Emergency Plumbing

“All Hours Plumbing deserves far more than just 5 stars. After a long day at work, I came home to find water in my garage with no clue where it was coming from. I called them first thing in the morning, and they were at my house within two hours. Jason, the dispatcher, was incredibly kind and patient, which was comforting as I was extremely anxious about the situation. With water pooling on the floor, all I could think about was the dreaded possibility of a slab leak. Brian arrived and conducted a thorough inspection, quickly identifying the source of the problem. He assured me it could be fixed and promised to return the next day to handle it. What truly stood out was when Jamie, the owner of the company, personally called me. I was surprised because it’s rare to hear from the owner of a company. She took the time to address my concerns, knowing how nervous I was about the process, especially since holes would need to be cut to locate the leak. As a consumer, it’s easy to let fears of skyrocketing costs and horror stories about being ripped off take over. Jamie was incredibly understanding and reassured me that they are not that kind of company. She emphasized that they stand behind their work and would do whatever was necessary to fix the issue without overcharging me. True to her word, when Brian returned, he explained every step of the process and showed me exactly what had gone wrong and why it had happened. Despite it being the holidays, Brian completed the job efficiently and with minimal disruption. Only two small holes had to be cut, and the jackhammer was used sparingly, only where necessary. The repair was flawless, and Brian ensured the leak was completely resolved. Jamie even offered to send out fans to help dry the bottom half of my wall. Far too often, we assume companies are only in it for the money and don’t give them the chance to prove otherwise. All Hours Plumbing is a rare gem. From start to finish, their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service exceeded all expectations. I can’t thank Jason, Brian, and Jamie enough for their dedication, care, and kindness. They treated me like more than just a customer—they made me feel valued, which is a rarity these days. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that genuinely cares and delivers outstanding results, look no further than All Hours Plumbing. I am beyond grateful for their help and will recommend them to everyone I know. They truly deserve more than 5 stars!”

“Typical low grade home warranty plumbing company. Reported back to AHS that the water valve exploding at 2:00am was due to misuse. I hadn’t been behind the fridge in 5-6 years. They said I was lucky it lasted that long. No worries AHS refunded my deductible so not out a penny and have my preferred plumber coming in to fix it.”
