“I called and gave my info to the office and somehow I was told my info went missing. OK, so I tried again and finally a guy named Brian came to my home and I sent him paperwork he needed after he left. I followed up with other info and to make sure he was getting all of it. When I finally spoke to him, he said he didn't read any of the messages because he assumed I just kept sending the same email...Ok, now it's over 2 weeks later and I still have NOT received any quote. I called and spoke to Brian yet again and he claimed he went away with his girlfriend and well was just too busy to do the quote. Then he added that he couldn't do some of the work and I said fine break up the job differently and send the quotes. NOTHING. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME.”
