“This company is awful. They basically just use leaf blowers on everything. They are lazy, unreliable & will lower your house or neighborhoods value with their trailer park efforts.”

“I am a homeowner at Granary Park and I have been here for two years. This company was hired by the HOA to mow the areas around the retention ponds in the neighborhood. They used to come every other week now they only come maybe once a month. Obviously, with grass not being mowed for an entire month, the area becomes very unkept attracting lots of bugs and snakes. That is an issue, however that’s not my main concern. The last time they came (three weeks ago), they blatantly left the entire area behind three houses leading up to a pond untouched. A crew of men on extra large riding mowers and high-powered weedeaters saw the tall grass and brush that they were leaving behind for the homeowners to deal with and left without finishing. For the last three weeks, I have called the company continuously and they still have not sent out a crew to fix this. I have reported this to the HOA and they also have made attempts to reach out. Most recently I was given the quality control manager‘s phone number and he did not answer his phone. I left a voicemail, but I have not heard back. I have attempted to mow and weed eat the area behind my house the best I could with a battery powered push mower however it is so extremely overgrown that my mower cannot Handle the brush. This is also an extreme safety concern as it has now attracted poisonous snakes, and one almost bit my dog the other night when I was taking him out to go potty. Another neighbor posted a picture of a snake that was on their back patio. It has also added an extreme increase in red ant mounds, gnats, and mosquitoes. What makes me the most upset is that these men saw the issue they were leaving behind and literally did not care. They know they are supposed to maintain around the ponds, so why leave an entire stretch untouched for homeowners to try to take care of themselves when it is clearly not safe to do so. This is why the HOA hires landscaping companies. Completely unacceptable.”
