“They never answer the phones. It’s irritating to have paid and then have problems with your child’s eligibility when you’ve paid months in advance. You’d think if you pay this much , someone would answer the phone 1 out of the 4 days of calling. ***update: Still haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone in the office. They sent out a start date of 9/7 (a week later than the start date). We show up to the field, no one is there. I go talk to someone in the office and they don’t know what’s happening and said the coaches “optionally had practice” and were supposed to have called parents Friday sept 4. We were supposed to have coach calls up to AUG 23.. never received a call. We paid in full in JUNE , it is now September and the coaches or league won’t respond and DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP FOR A FIRST PRACTICE! This is insane. Still haven’t received a call nor a response from email. Oh, and the phone has a nice dial tone when you call it now. I can understand reaching out to the parents if they need help but this is robbery. Short staffed or not, the lack of communication is Unprofessional. The app they make you use doesn’t even have information on it! Not one calendar update. We want our money back for services not rendered.”

“Rec league is well organized and amazing volunteer coaches do great jobs. Premier, that was a nightmare. It's a cash club, not educational, coach was almost insulting the youth boys instead of actually coaching. There was zero trust relationship between the coach/club and players and their parents after a whole year, even though quite a few parents tried to improve the situations in many ways, there was no good solution or responses from the club. They didn't show any price table upfront and charged us a couple hundreds dollars. There are absolutely better clubs than here for a premier, if you could avoid, try other teams!”
