“There are a lot of great things about this course. The condition is great. But when you go to play a round of golf you expect a certain level of professionalism and management. The day started with me being told I’m a liar. I arrived with a confirmed booking for 715 through golf now. When I arrived the gentleman said “not at this facility you don’t we don’t start until 725”. Upon showing him my confirmation he realized that I in fact did have a reservation at the facility. The club recently started this new thing where they double up the morning tee times (seemingly without members vote as I was playing with members who were equally as upset). This made it to where we started in 10 and played the first 9 holes which was great and took 2 hours. After the first nine, beginning hole 1 since we started on 10, the backup was insane. It took and hour to get from green of 18 to play through hole 2 and finally be able to tee off on number 3. I left after my tee shot realizing there were 3 groups on that same hole due to the backup and I booked a 715 tee time because I have other things to do and wanted to enjoy a round. Teed off at 740 Finished my hole 10 at 930 left from the tee box of 13 and got back to the pro shop at 1030. Upon leaving I went into the pro shop to give them professional feedback (not requesting anything, not requesting a refund, or prorate or anything) just professional feedback to assist management. The gentleman behind the counter said “well it still works out to 4 hour round Bro” and couldn’t have cared less essentially making it seem like I didn’t just experience the ordeal and was lying. If you are wanting to pay above average prices for a decent golf course that’s going to take 5 or more hours to play this is your place. If you would like to experience a normal round with professional staff go elsewhere especially if you are debating a membership.”
