“I recently closed on a home with Stacey Hogan as my realtor. The well practiced speech she gave to gain my acceptance in her ability was not the work ethic I received. Her lack of communication and professionalism almost cost me my new home. I was forced to enlist the help of a more seasoned realtor and broker from another company to help her and sort out all the issues. This is my third home purchased so I’m not new to this by any means. If it were up to me, she would not have been compensated for the lack of work she completed. The compensation should have went to the other hard workers. To anyone considering her, think twice. She sounds and looks well polished but it’s all superficial. Do your research.”
