“Maximum price, minimum efforts, and zero customer service. They charge more for less work than any property manager I have worked with in the past. Opted to at least have them help place a tenant and their level of entitlement to massive pay for their efforts also included the bare minimum effort possible. And while they claim they charge so much to do professional photos, they also wont share those photos or prove that they did any form of due diligence to document the move in condition of the Tenant they placed. They also claimed they would do showings and while only one was scheduled, their own tracking site shows that they actually did zero of them. Such hard workers. So now if there is an issue they don't care, and didn't bother documenting. Don't Trust your home to these people.”
