What people say
1 out of 5 stars
“After 2 years of leasing with Discover Realty Inc., I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company or about Stephen Tinney, who was the person who handed over the property to my uncle. We reported numerous maintenance issues through emails and requests, but many were never resolved. The apartment was delivered dirty and with significant problems that we were promised would be fixed. We spent over a year asking for a replacement microwave and trying to get the washing machine repaired, with no resolution. And those are just two of the issues that affected our daily lives the most. I could mention many others that we ultimately had to deal with and resolve ourselves because we never received a response. If you are considering renting with this company, PLEASE think twice and do your research before signing a lease. Based on our experience, I would never rent from them again. Two years of frustration, unanswered requests, and unresolved problems. Absolutely no positive experience to share.”
