Hewitt Realty LLC

“I contacted this realty company today and spoke with Brian to simply to ask a general question regarding their services and properties. Unfortunately, before I could even finish speaking or ask my question, the representative abruptly hung up on me. I was honestly shocked by how rude and dismissive the interaction was. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand that not every call is easy, but basic professionalism and courtesy should always come first. Potential clients should not be treated as if their questions are an inconvenience. A simple conversation could have taken less than a minute, yet instead I was met with disrespect and poor communication. First impressions matter, especially in the real estate industry where trust and customer relations are important. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable doing business with a company that treats potential clients this way. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to so future callers are treated with more professionalism and respect.”

“I rented a house through Hewitt Realty LLC for two years and had such a great experience. Brian and Trecia Hewitt made the entire process smooth and easy. If I could give them more stars I would- I highly recommend Hewitt Realty LLC!”
