Our Jacksonville wedding venue and event facility is a hidden gem on the banks of the St. Johns River, just 2 miles south of I-295 in Orange Park, Florida. This Southern style home was built in the early 1870’s. This beautiful home is on the National Register of Historic Homes and remains today as beautiful and stately as it did upon construction completion in 1874. You will love having your outside ceremony on our vast waterfront lawn and beautiful garden view.

The Party Place is a multi-purpose venue. Our banquet and event center is available to host all types of adult functions, and events for children. Community nonprofit organization serving Orange Park. Lions Club meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month 7pm - 8pm. The clubhouse is available to rent as an event venue.

The TC Miller Community Center & Recreation Park was built in 1938 and served the African-American Community in Orange Park as an elementary school. Theresa Miller was the school’s first teacher and administrator. Miller was born and raised in the Hibernia area, and gave 40 years to the field of education, mostly in Clay County. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. Public facilities include a pavilion, full size basketball court, playground, swings, and restrooms.

The Garden Club of Orange Park offers year-round rentals. The Garden Club of Orange Park is a 501(c)(3) Florida nonprofit organization, whose purpose is to share the love of gardening, promote responsible use of our environmental resources, and offer community support and educational opportunities.
