“Take your car here if you want rude customer service, poor quality repairs, and fabricated jobs they claim they performed on the vehicle.”

“The little man behind the desk is unprofessional and rude. If you are having to call a business multiple times to get an answer to 1 single question, it becomes a problem. And then when you ask the question and trying to give detail on what's going on with the car but are being rushed off the phone, it's a problem. Had he took the time and listened to me the FIRST time I wouldnt have wasted 6 hours for an answer I never received. And dont you dare say a cuss word because then he'll go outside like he's a big man and get in the face of a senior citizen who had nothing to do with the interaction. Didn't say anything to me while I was sitting there with my window down. No, he wants to get aggressive to a senior citizen who was waiting by there car because they gave me a ride. Definitely how you get repeat business. Little man wasn't pleased I said 1 single curse word.”
