“I feel bad for the owner, this new older lady is very rude and unprofessional. I sent my son to get us pretzels while I shop at Walmart, he returned with almond bites when I asked for a whole one, she told my son "No" she can't make it. I went back and ask if there's a reason why she couldn't make it, she said 4 min. I asked again why she told my son she couldn't make the whole one and gave him bites instead, she repeatedly said 4 min. So, she took the bites back and put it back on display under the heat to sale it. Very unhealthy, not sure how many times she does it and resale it to customers. Please educate this lady, it's a food contamination. They will have no business if she tells customers she won't be making them pretzels. The owner should know!”

“These aren’t the Philly style pretzels true connoisseurs are looking for. This is more like an aunt Annie’s style. Pretzels aren’t supposed to have butter on it. Remove the name “soft” from ur name. That’s reserved for real pretzels as you can witness in my pic😎”
