“The old Caucasian woman immediately brushed me off upon my arrival simply because I had my 2 girls with me. She ASSumed that they would be rowdy and felt the need to go out of her way to tell me to "Watch my kids!" The tone was annoyed. I was on the phone with my husband and she kept interrupting me to hurry up and sign the reciept since the order was made online for pickup. When I finally got up there, I said "the world will stop if I don't sign" sarcastically since she needed to rush me. Then she says "that's just how life is..." I then said, "no it's not, "and immediately let her know how much I didn't appreciate her rushing and brushing me off. "Your customer service is trash!" She didn't apologize and told me to have a good day. I believe the gentleman with the curly hair that worked with her knew the vybez and offered water as we waited for our sandwiches to be done. The sandwhich wasn't even hitting my taste buds after this encounter. She was very rude, and I didnt appreciate being stereotyped like that.”
