“From the time we walked in this place was a mess. Host looked lost with bussing tables and trying to seat people at the same time. The host failed to tell the server she had a new table so we waited over 10 minutes to be greeted and have our order taken. When we were sat, we requested a booth to watch a particular game - we were sat at a different booth which did not show the game we wanted but instead we were facing 5 tv’s showing the same game. We asked the server if she could change one and she said the manager doesn’t like to change the TV’s once the games are on. She asked the manager and the manager “said no”. The drinks are advertised with salt rim and neither one came with a salt rim. The server Ashlee seemed lost and did not have knowledge of the menu. She did not bring appetizer plates for sharing and she did not speak loud enough for us to even hear her name. Each time the server came to our table, the pile of empty plates grew higher and higher and never once did she remove a glass or plate. Any time she came to our table, she would disappear and leave us looking around for service. Went to the host to pay since the server was missing and the host had to get off her cell phone to go find the server so we could pay. Total nonsense, lack of training, lack of urgency for your paying customers, unacceptable and nonchalant behavior from a manager who is never seen throughout an hour long visit when the restaurant was not that busy. This visit was lacking in all areas except for the food. The food here is good it’s a shame the service is not.”
