Panda Express

“I've tried giving this location multiple chances over the last several months, but the experience has been the same every time, so I probably won't be coming back. My issue isn't the portion sizes. Yeah, they seem smaller than the other Panda Express locations I've been to, but I'm not a big eater, so that's not what bothers me. The biggest problem is the food quality. The orange chicken is always soggy instead of crispy. I don't know if it's how they prepare it or how long it sits, but it's noticeably different from every other Panda Express I've been to. The chow mein is another issue. It's much oilier, has way more cabbage than noodles, and just doesn't look or taste like the chow mein at other locations. The fried rice is different too. The last few times it was mostly carrots and didn't have the usual mix of vegetables. At first I figured I just caught them on a bad day, but after coming back months later and getting the same results, it's pretty clear this is just how this location operates. I always order the same meal, so it's easy to compare it to the other Panda Express locations in the area. I'm not saying they're doing anything intentionally, but this location just isn't as consistent as the others. The food tastes and looks different every time I come here, and not in a good way. I don't mind paying for Panda Express when it's made the way it's supposed to be, but this location just hasn't been delivering that experience.”
