“These people are straight up thieves. They stole my deposit and never contacted me about my appointment. I called days in advance to see what was going on after someone from another country called me with a confusing message about my appointment. I've been trying to reach them for over a week now and no one can be reached. I keep getting routed to an AI bot that doesn't work and I now I have to spend an hour on the phone with my credit card company to get back the money that was stolen.”

“I am STILL waiting on a return call about the stolen $50 deposit. Owner responded to my initial review but refuses to actually answer my calls. This is the worst business I've interacted with in a long time. They stole $50 from me and not a single person will call me or help me. Now I have to spend who knows how long disputing these charges with my credit card company. These people are frauds.”

“This place only wants your money. I signed up for an introductory facial that I saw on Facebook and I wanted to give them a try. They requested a $25 deposit before I could book my appointment which I gladly gave them and then they told me they needed another $25 deposit and I refused because that's not what I agreed to. When I got there they tried to upsell me a $50 add-on which I agree to but when I was finally charged out the lady said oh no it was$ 79 I made a mistake. Not only that everything they offer is way more expensive than you would expect it to be and they want you to buy a package of 5 to 10sessions in order to get results and then they try to barter with you on the price. End of story is that I feel like just want your money. I will not recommend them at all”
